Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of GAVAPRO Social Publisher (the "Application"), operated by GAVAPRO LLC at https://social.gavapro.com. By using the Application you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
The Application is an internal tool for scheduling and publishing content to social media accounts owned or administered by GAVAPRO LLC. Access is limited to persons expressly authorised by GAVAPRO LLC. The Application is not offered to the general public and no public registration is available.
2. Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. GAVAPRO LLC may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
3. Acceptable use
Users must:
- connect only social media accounts they are authorised to manage;
- comply with the terms, community guidelines and content policies of every connected platform, including Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X;
- not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
- not attempt to access the Application or its data beyond their authorisation.
4. Content
Users retain ownership of content they create. By scheduling content through the Application, users authorise GAVAPRO LLC to store and transmit it to the selected platforms for publication.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change or become unavailable without notice. GAVAPRO LLC is not responsible for platform decisions, outages, or content removal by a platform.
6. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAVAPRO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost content, missed publications or account actions taken by a platform.
8. Changes and termination
GAVAPRO LLC may modify these Terms or discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
